Frequently Asked Questions

Inner stability begins when safety lives inside of you. Not as an idea, but as a felt experience your whole system can trust. From this place of self-authority, you no longer need external scaffolding to feel safe. Inner stability is where your inner world becomes your anchor, and life stops feeling like something you have to manage from the outside in.

In this work, Lower Mind refers to the conscious and subconscious layers of thinking.
The conscious mind processes linearly and analytically.
The subconscious mind processes automatically, drawing from stored experience and learned patterns.
Both are programmable and shaped by past conditioning.
The Higher Mind refers to the spiritual body — what I describe as the soul body, spirit and Higher Self.
Unlike the Lower Mind, the Higher Mind is not shaped by conditioning. It holds expanded intelligence, intuitive awareness and deeper knowing.

In this work, the mind includes both conscious thinking and the non-conscious emotional and feeling processes that shape how we interpret and respond to our experience. I refer to this as the Lower Mind — the programmable layer of awareness that adapts in response to conditioning and perceived threat.
The body houses and reflects this processing in its interconnected network of systems.. It communicates continuously through sensation, tension and symptoms. Rather than being separate from the mind, the body is part of the same intelligent system.
Energy refers to the organisation and flow of this mind–body intelligence. It describes how information, sensation and meaning move within and around the system. When that organisation is shaped by survival, patterns contract. When regulation is restored, the system reorganises.
This work also acknowledges the Higher Mind (the intelligence of the spiritual body) which is not shaped by conditioning in the same way. As regulation strengthens, access to this deeper layer of awareness becomes available and integrated.
-
Yes — but not by revisiting or reliving it. We work with the biological, emotional and energetic imprints your system still carries, helping neurobiology to complete and reorganise safely, without retraumatisation.
-
Both and neither in the extreme. The work is grounded in nervous system science, emotional processing and neurobiology, while also honouring the energetic and intuitive layers of the higher self. It’s a whole-system approach where biology meets soul.
-
No. In this way of working we are guided by your energetic intelligence, so only what you are ready to work through and what your nervous system can handle will come up. The practice is one of stability not collapse.
-
This work can sit alongside medical, psychological or allied health support. We focus on the layers inside you that medication and talk-based therapy often can’t reach. The work we do together is complementary, not alternative. It exists alongside your other treatments, supporting the whole of you.
-
Yes. Many people start here feeling numb, disconnected or overwhelmed. We rebuild awareness gently, guided by the pace your system can tolerate, until your inner signals become clearer and safer to feel.
-
Most people notice small but meaningful shifts within one or two sessions; usually a little more clarity, steadiness or ease in their body.
The deeper changes take longer because they happen through you: catching old patterns as they arise and choosing the new response your system is now capable of. My role is to help your system access the new regulation pattern; your updated “energetic code,” the way your body is designed to operate when it feels safe, connected and coherent.
Your role is to practise it. This work gives you the map and the new pathways, but the transformation comes from your consistent integration. Choosing these new responses in the moments that matter. Choosing purpose.

Making the decision to start is often the hardest part. And that decision might best be made following a free discovery call with me. If you’re feeling the same old emotions just a lot louder, then maybe your body has some wisdom to share, and it is time to learn its language.
